Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and a long-time resident,  Ian enjoys spending quality time with friends and  family.  Married for 25 years, Ian and his wife Andrea enjoy spending time with their three adult children.

Ian has always had a keen interest in Halifax Real Estate but has also worked within many government and private organizations. From his 15 years of service with the Canadian Forces, to operating his own successful security systems manufacturing company, which continues to serve thousands of clients around the world.
